Installation

UNPACK, INSPECT, POWER UP

Receipt Inspection

Carefully inspect the IQ Probe for any shipping damage. If damage is sus-

pected, file a claim immediately with the carrier and contact ADTRAN

Customer Service. If possible, keep the original shipping container for use

in shipping the IQ Probe for repair or for verification of damage during

shipment.

ADTRAN Shipments Include

The following items are included in ADTRAN shipments of the IQ Probe:

•IQ Probe unit

•User manual

• 8-position modular to 8-position modular cable and a modular-to-

female DB-9 adapter for access to the Control/SLIP/PPP port

• Power cord

The ADTRAN IQ Probe MIB is available from ADTRAN in the

support section of the ADTRAN web page at www.adtran.com.
