Line (Console) Interface Config Command Set Command Reference Guide

speed <rate>

Use the speed command to specify the data rate for the CONSOLE port. This setting must match your

VT100 terminal emulator or emulator software. Use the no form of this command to restore the default

value.

Syntax Description

<rate>

Rate of data transfer on the interface (2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, or

115200 bps).

Default Values

<rate> 9600 bps
